Hosting a web site

Check http://www.ascid.com/basic/index.html for little html.

For hosting a web page like mine, you should know howto make a picture from the text that you have so that children don't end up in the middle of your sensitive information using eg. Google. This is done by pressing the Prt Scr (Print Screen) button. The computer puts the computer screen in its memory. Then you have to go to Paint drawing program that comes with every Windows and there copy the screen from the memory to the program. Then you have to cut the text that you intend to make a picture and then save the picture in the format you choose, I suggest jpg. (I have made these pictures about the size of A5 so that if there is another standard for the sizes of papers that is smaller than the usual A4 the picture can still be easily printed.) If you think there are computers that don't read jpg, put it also in some other format, I think it should work on every platform because it is supported by the web browsers. Also you would need a little html language skill (not necessary but recommended), I think I later give a short introduction to it here, but this is standard and you can contact any computer "expert" you like.

For a free home page I have used www.freehomepage.com and www.angelfire.com which are recommended. Also Yahoo provides free webpages (?). And you can of course search "free webpage", "free home page".

Another possiblity to prevent the children from ending in the middle of your sensitive information is to compress or encrypt this material. I would have done this compression thing (eg. zip file that is supported by Windows XP) but I suspect that the faster the computers become the more probable it is that the zip files will be treated as if uncompressed. And I have not found freeware encryption program for Windows XP nor does Windows provide such (in Linux pgp did that few years ago, it is the short form for pretty good privacy).
